Please allow approximately 10–25 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production times may vary depending on the design and customization.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

• Japan: 1–3 business days
• International: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If your package is confirmed as lost during transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
